When
I was a young, fledgling junior racer, Zac Lake took me under his wing and
taught me almost everything I know about cycling. He taught me to spin easier
geras, how to corner properly, how to bump people without getting nervous,
and how to ride a straight line. He coached me to 3 Junior State Championship titles in one year, the road race, time trial, and Criterium, along with 1st place in the Junior Come-See-Me Crit. His tactical know-how and individualized program allowed me to become the best racer I could be. And he did all this when was just 16 years old.
Over the past few years I have seen him grow in his knowledge of training, and I am confident that he could successfully coach a beginning junior as well as a seasoned category one racer.
